Want more customers from your B2B event?
We turn your event into a branded live show that attracts decision-makers. Afterwards, targeted content turns it into sales.
You run events for three reasons
Selling
Upsell, C-level sales, building and maintaining partner relationships.
Talent acquisition
Attracting and screening talent.
Visibility and positioning
Thought leadership, community building, ...
You already pay for a top venue, a guest speaker and an event agency.
Your marketing team has no room to get everything out of the campaign.
Guests are not followed up after the event.
The event rarely delivers measurable results for months.
Is your event still worth it?

- ROI report for your management
One event, the whole method.
Who needs to be in the room? We build the list on signals.
Personal invitations, followed up automatically.
Jan films. Every conversation, every reaction is captured.
Attendees, no-shows and reactions: all in your CRM, enriched.
Your people call the warm contacts, with context.
Weeks of clips and posts that bring in new signals.
Jan turns your event into a show.

Jan Maes
Jan Maes is a film director and co-founder of Fifth Quarter. He directs the show, the capture and the edit. So your event becomes an experience for the room and footage for the months after.
- Direction and capture
- Multi-cam and flying reporter
- Aftermovie the same day
What do you get from one live show? A quarter of content.
From one live show we make dozens of assets for every channel. Every asset is a place where someone can react, and every reaction is a signal for your list.
Every guest and every reaction becomes a qualified lead.
Personal, at the right moment. We see who opens, clicks or replies.
In the room, or afterwards on a clip, post or aftermovie.
Repeated interaction with a topic or a lead magnet.
Does the profile fit? Then we add name, company, role, LinkedIn and email address.
Your team calls with context. A conversation, not a name in a spreadsheet.

What customers usually ask us first.
1We already run events. What do you do differently?
We do not treat your event as one day but as a campaign of months. Before the doors open we bring the right people into the room, during the event we make a show that sticks, and afterwards we turn the recordings into content and follow-up all the way into your CRM.
2Do you take over the whole organisation?
Not necessarily. Usually your team keeps running the organisation and we take care of the show and the media around it. If you prefer one partner for everything, that works too. We agree on the roles before we start.
3What does a branded live show cost?
That depends on the size of your event and on what you want to do with the content afterwards. Start with the free event screening: we look at your current event and give you a realistic price indication, with no obligation.
4How far in advance do we need to start?
Count on at least eight weeks before the event date. We need that time for the campaign that brings the right people into the room. If you are tighter, let us know: sometimes it still works, sometimes it is better to aim for the next edition.
5What do we actually get afterwards?
The recording of the show, a series of short clips for social and a distribution calendar so that content keeps working for months. We set out exactly what is included in the proposal.
Leave your details and pick a time.
Where can we reach you?
Fill in your first name, email and phone number. Then you pick a time in the calendar straight away.
We only call you about your event.
