1Data and privacy: will our company data stay safe?
Yes, we make clear agreements about this up front. We configure the accounts so your data is not used to train models, and we decide together which data may and may not go into the tool.
2Which tool do we choose: Claude, Grok Bot, Copilot or ChatGPT?
We choose together during the intake. If you mostly work in Microsoft 365, Copilot is often the best choice. For deep content and automation, we usually pick Claude.
3Are the training days on-site or online?
The training days are on-site by default, at your office. The Q&A hour afterwards is online.
4How many participants can join?
The indicative prices apply to teams of up to about 10 people. If your team is larger, we build a custom approach together.
5Is technical knowledge needed?
No. We start from what your team already knows and work with your own tasks. No technical knowledge is needed.
6What if the team falls back into old habits after a month?
That is why we stay involved. There is aftercare with a weekly Q&A hour and a review after 30 days. If your team is not actively using the tools by then, you get an extra training day at no cost.
