Buildmore: from five CRM systems and cold emails to one database and a list built on triggers
How a software company for construction, transport and logistics got one source of truth in six weeks, plus a list of companies with a concrete reason to talk.

“135,527 companies in the register. 36,779 in the target group. 27,735 you can reach today.”The central database, built from the Belgian company register
What the client ran into before we worked together
Too many CRM systems, no clear offer and a website that did not convert. Forty cold emails a day, with no follow-up after meetings. Nobody knew which source brought in the best customers.
What the client got out of working together
One central database from the company register, filtered down to the target group and enriched with email and phone. A trigger list of 725 companies that use the same construction software (291 in Belgium): the number of mobile numbers went from 17 to 173 and the call list from 38 to 150 contacts. 169 leads received a personal LinkedIn message in the founder's name. On top of that, a hundred LinkedIn posts, twenty carousels and a podcast concept about AI in construction, built on the same method.
